Main menu:
Our breakfast is prepared with love and dedication by Antonella and Nino. It includes local bakery made croissants with jam, Nutella, honey etc, often local seasonal fresh fruit, (such as grapes, prickly pears, watermelon, honeydew, peaches, apricots, mulberries, etc...), traditional almond and fig sweets prepared by the local bakery Furco (an institution in Castellammare); and finally local cheeses and meat products such as primosale and caciocavallo. Our “torta della mamma”, a delicious home-made cake, deserves a special place in your breakfast.
Our morning meals include a very wide choice of breakfast recipes such as apple pie, yogurt, chocolate and pineapple cakes, Italian crostata etc.
Now we would like to suggest you some of our most delicious recipes to prepare at home.

Italian Crostata
